Application Process

Here’s how the NLOMA Joint Recruitment process will work:


Step 1: Submit your information in the application request page. From there, follow the instructions for downloading and completing the 2018 NLOMA Application.

Step 2: Check out the list of participating camps, and find one that looks good to you. You will need to enter two camps and two regions on your application.

Step 3: Fill out the NLOMA application completely and return it.  Instructions are included on the application download page. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your application.

Step 4: You will be contacted within two weeks by a partner camp (probably the one closest to you) to schedule an interview. Has it already been two weeks and you haven't heard anything? Click here.

Step 5: Have your interview. Don't worry, it will be a fun time to get to talk about Outdoor Ministry, and if you have any questions you can get some answers.

Step 6: We appreciate your patience! After your interview, you may be hired by your 1st choice camp, but your application may be a part of Joint Recruitment Round-Up and viewed by other camps on February 22, 2018. You will for sure find out more after that date!
